The good work on getting the things done started with the quick turnaround of the request for quotation, and thereafter the schedule was consistently met. It was refreshing to have workmen turn up at promised times and to have the job finished within the estimated time range. All those who participated in the project did a first class job. Their workmanship was brilliant; they were polite, tidy and helpful, frequently going out of their way to make suggestions for improvements to benefit the job. Overall the work was well organized. Much thought had obviously been given to the sequence the work in an efficient way, and to ensure that materials arrived when required. We expected high standards and were not disappointed. We had a quite large awkward shaped and very old fashioned bathroom which was in need of completely gutting and starting again. We knew we would have to spend a lot of money and so we wanted to make sure we would get something we would be happy with for a long time. We didn't know where to start but saw Gill's advert and decided to go along to their showroom and have a look. We immediately got a helpful, friendly welcome, and over the coming weeks they were very patient with us while we chose furniture, tiles and flooring. The team who came to fit the bathroom were excellent. They were friendly, we immediately felt they were very trustworthy, they were careful and worked very, very hard and paid great attention to detail. Nothing seemed too much trouble, even after it was finished Gill's have been back to us to make sure we were happy with every detail, we now have a bathroom we are thrilled with.
